Houston, we have a problem: It’s not Coaching. It’s culture.
Coaching isn’t failing because managers lack a framework. It’s failing because it isn’t embedded in how leaders think, prioritize and show up day to day. In many organizations, coaching exists as an expectation, not a behavior. It competes with pipeline, forecast pressure, execution… and it usually loses. What ultimately determines whether coaching happens is the environment leaders operate in: the signals they receive and the behaviors that are reinforced. When coaching isn’t part of that culture, it becomes optional. When it is, it becomes inevitable. In this session, Andrey will explore: - Why coaching outcomes are shaped more by culture than by process or tools - How leadership identity determines whether managers coach consistently - What it takes to design a culture where coaching becomes part of how leaders lead If coaching has been a priority but not a reality, the issue isn’t effort. It’s the system around it. This session breaks down how to shift that system so coaching becomes the norm.
