His credentials include certifications from the Hudson Institute and an ICF ACC-level accreditation. At Google, Jeff held roles in frontline sales, sales leadership, and most recently served as the Global Director of Enablement & Sales Coaching for the Large Customer Sales & GTM organizations, supporting thousands of managers and sellers worldwide. He now leads the Americas Strategic Partnerships organization for Cover Genius, and operates his own coaching and consulting business, THE Shift.
