Fireside chat: The future of enablement
Most predictions about enablement's future are about tools. This one isn't.
Karthi Ratnam and Lauren Babitz start from an uncomfortable observation: adoption of AI across revenue teams has been genuinely good, better uptake than almost anything in a decade, and most enablement leaders still can't point to what moved. The conversation works through why, and where that leaves the function.
The argument they land on is that enablement's territory is method: how this company actually runs discovery, what qualification means here rather than in the framework, what the best rep does that the median rep doesn't. Nobody else in the organisation is claiming it. RevOps doesn't want it, IT can't supply it, and the frontier labs aren't going to build it , your discovery process isn't in the training data.
Thirty minutes, no predictions, and honest about what can't be measured yet.
