Practice makes performance: How AI practice is closing the readiness gap
Traditional sales enablement never enabled anyone. Decks and Zoom sessions don’t build confident reps. AI is accelerating product cycles, reshaping buyer expectations, and putting pressure on GTM teams to learn and adapt faster than ever. In this session, Julia Stiglitz, CEO of Uplimit, will share insights on how practice-based learning is emerging as the critical lever for driving sales performance. Drawing from Uplimit’s experience with practice-based learning and examples from leading teams, she’ll unpack how the most agile organizations are moving away from static training and long workshops to create continuous, AI-powered practice environments that build confidence and performance quickly. You’ll walk away with a clear framework for implementing practice-based enablement in your own org, whether you’re starting to re-evaluate your tech stack, looking to scale your impact, or better personalize enablement for every rep.
