Panel: Confidence isn't adoption
Most enablement teams measure AI rollout success with a confidence survey, reps rate how comfortable they feel with a new tool, and that number gets reported upward as proof of success. It's an easy metric to collect, and an easy one to be misled by. Feeling confident and actually changing daily behavior are two different things. This panel gets into what's underneath that gap: what to measure instead, why naming the actual tech stack instead of just saying "AI" is what builds rep trust, and the parallel decision every team faces between buying a tool, building one internally, or just adding headcount. Expect a candid, multi-perspective discussion rather than a single playbook. Key takeaways: - Why confidence scores are a weak proxy for real adoption, and what to measure instead - Why naming your actual stack, not just saying "AI," is what builds trust and drives adoption
