Adam Pavley is the Senior Director of Revenue Enablement at impact.com where he leads a team that builds, implements and measures enablement initiatives across a variety of areas including: sales skills, methodologies, new product GTMs and change management. He has extensive experience in enterprise sales, strategy, messaging and results-oriented enablement and has played a critical role in establishing impact.com as the market leader in Partnership Automation over the last 7 years. When not working on enablement initiatives or partnering with AEs to close deals, Adam enjoys the outdoors, watching the New Jersey Devils win hockey games and spending time with his two cats: Chihrio and Kohaku.
